The dyeing tanks and the washing tanks are individually independent to offer a larger and smooth operational space. Each tank can be installed with a indirect steam warmer to provide more flexible dyeing operations. Several pressuring types are available for selection.
The electronic motor transmission of the tanks and machine section can be operated in all or in half, and the control (section switching) is easy. The tiny traction and tension of each machine section allows for convenient adjustment to either the coarse or fine yarns dyeing process.
The high tension squeezing rollers diameter is 320mm, The squeezing rollers assembly adopts the rubber pneumatic cylinder to provide uniform pressures at the pressure ratio of 9 tons/ 5 kgcm2 so that the dyed material can have good strength after pressed and rapid oxidization, It helps dyeing penetrate into cotton without residues formed in oxidation process and save cost.. The rubber cylinder requires no maintenance, and the stainless operating switchboard are provided with excellent controller switches and attachments to ensure zero defect.
The dyeing tank allows for a dyeing length of 6~7.5 yards and an oxidizing length of 24~30 yards. The tank stacks and attachments of the oxidizing section are hot-dip galvanized for rustproof and are capable of more than 10 year's usage.
Oxidative wheel surface with M shape stripe facilitates removal of fluffed cotton, it enhance the oxidization.
