Product Explain
    1. Eight dyeing boxes are composed of 5 pumps, 4 closed type filter vats and 3 circulation tanks; circulation is done for eight boxes or individual circulation is done for three divided groups (for color cross), and individual pump, closed filter vat and quantitative replenishment pump are equipped with each group.
    2. There are two motor pumps for recovery and two ones for feeding in each group, including one in operation and another one on standby; Pumps are made of 316# stainless steel. The 50L filter vat is used to filter cotton wool from the recyclable dye solution. The dye solution is forcedly sent to each dyeing box by motor pump via the circulation tank (mother solution tank). The dye solution can be circulated four times every hour if calculated by the capacity of eight dyeing boxes.
