Product Explain
    1. Above the dye solution replenishment tank are mechanically operated USA-made PULSA diaphragm metering pumps driven by motors. They are manually and digitally adjustable and can provide accurate expected amounts of hydrosulfit with a maximum of capacity of 7.8L/min.
    2. A powder dosing device (hydrosulfit feeder) is installed above the indigo dye solution circulation tank (mother solution tank) and driven by variable frequency motors. The hydrosulfit can be directly penetrated into the dye solution in the circulation tank by thread bar, and then be sent to the dyeing box, so it will not be oxidized with good color and stability. The variable frequency motor speed is used to control the dosage.
