Model Panon PLW-84 is a warper specializing in warping and combination of natural, synthetic or blended yarns. In addition to assurance of consistency in tarn quality, this unit is also characterized by reliable performance and easy operation. Its framework is welded with 300mm large-scale U shape steel. The warping speed of this good-looking, heavy duty, stable and noiseless warper is 800 yards per minute, and its beam is up to 1,000mm(40").
Increased productivity greatly depends upon premium quality of warp yarn. With perfect design in construction, this high level warper can be equipped with some American and Japanese accessories, such as high-performance frequency changer, programmable controller, gook pneumatic brake system, steady adjustable tensioning system and sensible electronic controller for broken yarns, so it will meet all production tests. This unit can be used only by connecting power cable and supplying air after its installation. Besides, its installation is very easy and simple.
